We’re nurturing a more diverse and equitable environment through our programs and training. The topics that we focus on include gender inequality, Physical sexual, and mental harassment, constitutional rights, and youth participation.

The content is curated in line with United Nation’s sustainability goals and gender equality.

Mutthi Mein Aakash Sanjoye

Mutthi Mein Aakash Sanjoye is an initiative focused on strengthening access to quality education and creating dialogue between communities, schools and civil society organizations. The programme addresses issues related to school infrastructure, scholarships, gender equality, constitutional values and educational opportunities for children and adolescents.

Through community engagement and awareness-building activities, the initiative encourages families and young people to actively participate in educational processes and advocate for their rights. It aims to create an inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve their full potential.

Silai center

To promote economic empowerment and self-reliance among women and adolescent girls, Vividha, in collaboration with Unnayan Samiti, established a tailoring training centre for the womes of Bambala and Ramsinghpura communities. Many women and girls in these settlements had a strong desire to learn new skills but lacked access to affordable training opportunities. The one-month free training programme, launched at Bambala School on 28 February 2026, provided participants with practical tailoring skills in a supportive environment. Beyond skill development, the initiative helped build confidence, expand livelihood opportunities, and encourage women and girls to take steps toward greater financial independence.

Vividha is a women's documentation and resource centre established in 1998. As the women's movement in Rajasthan became more intense and broader based in membership, the need for an information and resource centre became increasingly pressing.
